Terms of use

Last updated October 6, 2026

Draft. Hitch Tracker hasn't launched yet. These terms will be reviewed before launch.

These terms are an agreement between you and 1795367 Alberta Ltd. ("we"), which runs Hitch Tracker. By using the app, you agree to them.

What Hitch Tracker does

Hitch Tracker helps you log rotation days, kilometres and receipts, and build invoices and expense reports. It's a record-keeping tool. It isn't accounting, tax or legal advice.

Acceptable use

Don't use Hitch Tracker to break the law, create false invoices, or interfere with the service or other users. We can suspend accounts that do.

Your data

You own what you put in the app. You give us permission to store and process it only to run Hitch Tracker for you. Our privacy policy explains how.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Hitch Tracker running, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change or improve the app. If we ever shut it down, we'll give you at least 60 days' notice to export your data.

Limits on our liability

As far as the law allows, Hitch Tracker is provided "as is". We aren't liable for lost income, missed billing, or indirect damages. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Alberta and of Canada that apply there. We may update these terms and will post the new date at the top. If a change is significant, we'll tell you in the app or by email.
